Need help on clips for forward light harness

Need to know what goes on these brackets on the front of the core support for the foward light harness. I've searched everywhere and can't find anything. Looks like there was remnants of plastic or something on a couple of them but not sure. Thanks

Nothing on mine. Just like yours. There looks to be a rubberized or plastic coating on them.

I think they are "bend" clips like in the trunk to retain the wires.
Quick, simple and no tools required by the assembly line worker.
