Hi All,

Looking for an oil fill cap that closes parallel to the 70 valve covers. The 'ears' have to be perpendicular to the handle but every one I found
point in the same direction even the Mopar ones. Maybe the hole in the valve cover is clocked wrong, AMD.

This pic is one sold thru a GM parts supplier and may have to do...

Show a picture of your valve cover hole. The hole on factory valve covers was at about a 40° angle from parallel. So a cap with parallel ears would install with the outer ears running parallel to the covers. Is this what you were looking for ? You didn't say the year or engine size though.

Sorry, there RB valve covers. I thought they were all offset but I've seen some that weren't. The cast aluminum arent for some reason and AMD apparently dropped the ball but either way I thought I saw both types of caps before and now can't seem to find one that looks stock. Even Roseville only sells the one type...
