How can you tell what rims and tires originally came on a car from the broadcast sheet?

Did all 71 R/Ts come with rally rims?

If equipped with rallys what came as a spare?

Yes you can tell from the build sheet. And no, ralleys were optional as well as the road wheels. The spare would have been a bare steel wheel.

If you have this spare it came with 15" rims. Only build sheet will specify rallyes or steel.
