Parking brake release rod fooobed

My parking brake release lever seems to be missing some parts. It releases the lever fine but it just flops around otherwise. Does anyone have any experience with this on a 73 challenger? Any help would be appreciated.

You are missing the plastic grommet that fits in the slotted hole shown in pic 2 and 3.

Mega parts has the grommet and if they don't have the spring you can probably find one at most hardware stores. If you can't come up with the correct spring PM me i may have a park brake i can get the spring from for you.
