rally dash lite bar

what are the three holes in the lite bar for..3holes with slots photo is the best i could get probably enlagre----also have a flat 3 pin flat connector that comes with wires that come with steering bundle the pins are round--purple--green/black and orange/white are the colors. have 2 large wiring diagrams[color] can't find them

The 3 holes are for the lights that illuminate your instrument cluster. 3 holes are for a non rally cluster, rally's have 4 holes/lights but 3 work ok.
