Hey guys, I'm knee deep in wrapping up the interior of my 72 challenger hardtop. For the life of me I can't find the outboard belt anchor location. Mopar maniac was kind enough to send me mockup pics of an ebody qtr trim with the belts sticking up through the trim panel on the ground, The problem is I replaced the floor, there is no sign of a hole or a reinforcement mount from the underside and my trim panels that are for sure the trims that came out of it, and only have a hole that appears to be there for the glass adjustment. looking for anyone that has pictures of that area of the floor, or with just the rear lower seat out, belts in

Thanks

yea, its the red circle that I'm looking for. I don't see a mount whole on that pic but i just went out to look at my car and there is no bracket in the corner like yours. I did change the floor I thought i was pretty meticulous about transfering everything over but i missed that apparently. any chance of getting a closeup of it?

This is a 71 Challenger, but I would think it would be the same for a 72. The bracket is on the wheel house.

well that a trip, yours doesn't have rear retractors! thats a great pic thanks. my 72 has front and rear self retractors. my car would never have had those brackets removed as the quarters and inner wheelhouses stayed while front and rear floors where replaced. hopefully hopefully another one of you mopar addicts will have a 72 or 3 pic
thanks again for your picture it clears up that bracket i thought was missing

well I was just creating a photo garage, and low and behold I have found the anchor spot. I'm hoping the reinforcement is behind the floor sheetmetal
