WTB Rear sway bar, axle mounts/plates

Hello,
I’m in need of the axle mounts/plates for a rear sway bar.
I have a ‘89 Chrysler that has a rear sway bar but, I’d like to convert to B-body rear shock plates and that will render my current sway bar/shock plates useless.
