Reproduction Fender Tags reduction

I am looking at a 1970 AAR Cuda that is for sale. I found out that it has reproduction fender tags & it has a non matching T/A motor? Would an offer 25% less for these 2 items be in line?

Does he have the original tag to compare to... I have a repro tag, and my rusty original.

It would be a big concern if the tag can’t be verified by some means, tag/broadcast sheet... the missing original engine also hurts value, but 25% seems too much. Just my 2 cents. Pics would be nice.

If that fender tag can't be verified then I would say 25% seems appropriate.

If repo fender tag is the only thing documenting car besides vin tag, I think 25% is appropriate.
