Reverse Light Indicator

anybody know where reverse indicator plugs into? just bought one on line.i thought it goes thru firewall to bulk head. no gromet on this repro. (this is the light that sits on frame of dash between glove box and ash tray)

should go through firewall to single lead, white / blk tracer wire male connector, this is on engine side of firewall at bulkhead connector should be a 4 wire connector but only 2 terminals are used, mine is a gray plastic cover single male blade

Thanks for getting back. not sure i understand. 1 wire goes thru fire wall/male lead-ok. where on engine side of bulkhead does it attach.i dont understand about 4 wire connector-only 2 terminals used. sorry for the additional questions. thanks again.
