Seat recover - help with fabrics

Hi all, I have to recover the seats and just want to double check if I'm missing something.
Are the sides of the back different from the sides of the base?

I tried to number what I think is the same ones but not sure what to use where anymore...

Have you tried Legendary Interiors looks like salt & pepper checks in the centre section

Well both are a vinyl material but the perforated center is a different design than the sides.
