I don't believe any of the sheet metal suppliers, including AMD make anything in the USA.
AMD metal comes from Taiwan, probably better than China.

Definitely not factory though, right?
Because I know they are from the 70s

If it was a genuine factory part there would be a stenciled 7 digit number stamped on the inside surface.
That looks like a Sherman Sheetmetal part number. They were one of the first suppliers to reproduce Mopar sheetmetal.

I saw a sticker just like that on a Chevelle trunk pan some time ago. It was identical. One of those metal pieces you order from a catalog.

The "Made in Taiwan" is on the lower right corner of the sticker, right where your sticker is conveniently peeled up, in fact you can still see the "M". That sticker is identical to the one on the patch panels I am working with right now.
