Torque for tie rod ends castle nuts?

1974 Challenger 360. Just put new tie rod assemblies on both sides. In the past I’ve always just went “tight” on the castle nuts but wondering if there is a torque value or torque procedure to be correct? Moog tie rod ends.

I usually coat the tapered part of the rod end with anti seize so you have a better chance of removing them later if needed without damage
