Gentlemen!
Have a 69 440 (going into my oreviously 340 powered 72 Challenger), with the original Power Steering (boat anchor) pump with TRW molded into the face of the pump. Have been looking a little on line, for an Alum animal, without much success. Has anyone used the later Saginaw pump without the usual pulley alinement grief? Or replaced their TRW with what I see advertised as a 'Universal pump'?
Have reduced my gross engine compartment weight by 146 pounds (glass hood, as much Engine Alum as possible, etc.) so far.
Any suggestions will be appreciated....
