U joint(s) recommendation needed

Hi gang,
I am pretty sure that the u joints in my 70 Challenger T/A are original. I am ready to change the gear oil in the diff and figured I would change out the u joints. Can someone suggest the u joint part number(s) I would need? I am maintaining the car vs restoring it and fixing or replacing things as needed. The car is a 4 speed. I would like to stick with Spicer/Dana or Moog. Only because they sound 'American' if that makes sense. Thanks in advance.

Spicer is a top quality brand
they used 2 sizes 2 1/8" inside the ears is a 7260 , 2 5/8" is 7290

How do I identify which one I need? I have a micrometer to measure those measurements. Only the best for my T/A.
