Vin number on body shell

[Gen 3 Cuda]

Was wondering where the sequence number of the vin would be located at the rear of an E-body, in particular a 1970 383, 4 speed, 'cuda. Found the ones on upper radiator yoke, and, on the cowl. It was my understanding that it would be under the trunk seal on the driver's side rear corner. Please enlighten me. Thanks for the help!!

1970 E-body cars DO NOT have the VIN stamped on the left side trunk opening lip...
