Need to install voltage gauge to replace ammeter. Outside of hooking it to a 12 volt power source & ground to metal frame, is there any specific place to to pick up power source ? And also is there anything else to be disconnected. I just did the ammeter by-pass & soldered the two leads together that went to the ammeter. Can I buy volt meter to take the place of the ammeter in dash ? Or should I just buy the three gauge set up for underneath the dash. Oil, Temp, & Volt ? Appreciate any advice. Thank you
