What’s missing on my challengers steering wheel?

There are 3 dots on the horn button. Not sure if an emblem is missing or someone modified it. It’s a 74 rally car if it matters.

I don't know what those holes are for but I think that is either a 1970 or 1971 wheel. I thought all 72-74 E bodies have the two spoke wheels.

Someone probably put a Dodge emblem on at some point. Or Mopar

I thought maybe someone tried putting an emblem on it because the holes aren’t centered. And it probably is a 70 wheel. Might make a good candidate for a nice grant.
