    Can anyone help in identifying inspection marks, etc on the driveshaft and automatic transmission case for a 70 Challenger T/A automatic. I understand the driveshaft usually has colored "rings" but can find any information on color, how many etc Thanks!

    T/A Driveshaft Length

    Thanks for the information! It seems that 45.6 is the correct length. I have a shaft that is 45.25 long and my buddy swears it will work in a T/A. What do you think?

    8 Track & Wiring

    Thanks for the info, but I have a green and black wire going to each speaker on the harness. The purple wire goes from the 8 track into the harness connection that plugs into the crossover box, so I'm not sure the purple wire is for a speaker .
