I think this is the same one that went on ebay a month ago or so. I was looking at it then, but I thought $8K to $9k was about the max for as much work as it needed. Were you able to figure out the codes on the tag or was it rusted beyond even reading? Was that you selling it or were you the buyer?

the 440 / 6 is really ruff, needs everything,, front to back!! , but has matching numbered motor,,, and ruff FT, its a a FC7, black interior,, stripe delete, RT, make an offer,, jc
