How about a new 70 Cuda 340 4 speed for $3295
stick car with sure grip
Serial number even listed BS23H0E127182

Many dealers had Superbirds and Daytonas sitting way into 1971, having trouble selling them! The Bird in the old ad had an almost 5k sticker.

The Superbird should be easier to find if it still exists.
Was a 440-6 car with a 4 speed, and dana.

I heard a lot of the Birds that didn't sell were converted back to Road Runners. Any truth to that

I've heard that but I don't think it was a lot of them, maybe a few but that would have been time consuming and likely not all that cheap. That's a hole front clip and some quarter work to get rid of the wing mounts.
