how to repair challenger door panels??

hey guys I'm in Australia and ive been quoted $5000 for door cards so I'm trying to head a different way with thngs and I want to try and repair them if possible if anyone could give me some tips as in how to do it thanks in advance guys

Their toast plastic has broken down
Have a couple original dodge $200 + Ship from WA have slits cut by someone to fit door contours also split repair on front edge
Fuzzies need replacing
