I have a Hot Rod City Garage custom Baffled Aluminum gas tank with the walbro in tank pump. It uses the stock straps , and filler tube. I will have to have a return line so I plan on using a filter regulator off a C5 corvette to complete the fuel circut

I moved to finishing the roll cage, I wanted the rear cross bar and side bars removable. After looking at some cage bungs ,I decided on making my own. I was careful to make sure the bars didnt interfere with the seats or door panels.

Media Blasted fenders, Rear Valance , dash cage, and header panel. Everything was treated with epoxy primer. The fenders then were cut out for the gilled sections. after prep, they were glued in with SEM panel adhesive to eliminate warpage and welds showing through the black paint in the sun.

I made some wiring tubes out of som 1 inch conduit(so I can hide most of the wiring uder the hood). Other items complete was a shifter braket to angle the pistol grip shifter back 25% for a better feel , A custom made ajustable stop for the hydraulic clutch and mocked up the gas pedal and throttle cable for the fuel injection.

I had to make some new windshield corner brackets out of 3/32 steel plate because the cowl bar was in the way of the originals. Other mods are filling the bumper bolt holes and welding 3/8 studs from behind and deleting the front buper bracket area. This give a much smoother look. I will have to shave the bumpers to tighen up the gap between the bodu and bumpers.

More progress on the body. I welded the side marker lights holes shut. Also the trunk lock (I plan on a remote trunk latch from a 70s Imperial) and antenna hole :3gears:

Fished up the rear brakes and brake lines. I am using wilwood Rear discs and 3/16 custom bent brake lines from the master cylinder to the rear calipers
