I went to Napa and bought the bulbs and glass curved housings for a 85 BMW 635 CSI. I didnt want to use flat projector lenses or plastic curved lenses.

It's refreshing to see someone think outside the box. Keep up the good work.

The factory gaps between the bumper and the body were terrible.I sectioned the rear bumper and brackets by taking 3/4 in from the brackets and 3/8 in each side of the bumper. Some shaping of the ends were necessary. The gaps are much better now.

Nice fab work. I love the vision and the patience it takes to not only hot rod a car, but to personalize it as well. Numbers matching is cool, but hot rodding is cooler in my book. Keep up the good work and keep the updates coming !!!

thanks guys, next is the install of the lokar emergency brake handle and wilwood brake cables. I mounted the lever on the center of the tunnel between the seats, the cables are universal cut to fit.

I am using the TTI 3 inch exhaust with the dynomax turbo mufflers. With the driveline angle at 1 deg, there is a issue with the pipes hitting the floor pan.The floor pan over the mufflers will also need to be raised 1 inch for clearance. With the tailpipes installed ,there is some tweeking there also. This is as far as I got for now. As soon as I get some access to a lift again I will address these issues.

I am using Shark Gauges from the (Dolphin Gauge Co) These are very comparable to Autometer phantom Gauges but less the price. Since I couldnt find a gauge cluster I wanted I fab one from 18 gauge steel. I plan on covering the cluster with leather or painting wrinkle finish black. I still have to do som trim work and fab up the light bar area but this is where I am at now
