Just to give you some perspective on what AAR's sell for at auction (private sales are often less)
I periodically like to run the numbers on actual auction sales for ebody Mopars
A recent sale for an AAR needing extensive restoration went for 36.6K at auction
Decent projects seem to be selling in this price range
Many of the "restored" auction cars sold in the 60-80k range with the 6 figure cars having high options or super low miles.
Just from my research; please glean your own opinion from the data.

Thought this could be valuable to you as you assess what to pay for your AAR Project.
Low end prices seem to be in the 60K plus
Project cars, probably mid 30's
Real project cars needing a ton of work; lower.
4 speeds will add some price value.
Good luck with the search.
