I’m not sure exactly what it’s out of, but wondering what high performance meant? Certain gearing, or a different converter, was the kick down different?
I am just going over some parts for my car, and looking more closely at the transmission #’s. I found this list of numbers, and it has my transmission as a 73 from a 400 and list as high performance. It’s been rebuilt and up graded, but what did it start as?

That looks amazing, talking with him this morning it appears the engine was from his father’s Coronet. It appears the car was wrecked long ago and that is the only surviving piece from the car.

As for the car, he bought just the motor. So I’m not sure if the car is still around or a chunk of steel.
