I think looking more at the bottom of the valence, it looks like it's pushed up under both of the bumper brackets. Unfortunately the valence is welded to the bottom of the quarter. Car was an old drag car and was ride hard and put away wet. Thanks for the help guys

1970 Barracuda Gran coupe. Have a big gap between the rear valance and the quarters. Rear quarters were replaced at some point and a dual exhaust cutout valance was added. Is this an issue from the wrong valance or were the quarters not properly installed?
