Guys, trying to get ready for repairs to my factory Rally gauge pack on my 73 to get them all working. Did some trouble shooting to the tach and found I do have voltage to both the gray, from neg. coil, and blue wires , 12vdc, to the tach. Still not working. So, have ordered the replacement...

Thanks. I am just gonna pull the tranny in order to retap and thread started bolt holes so SHOULD be easier to replace the seals then.....

Thanks for the info on the tranny. Ya got my curiosity up now, what is it. Gonna have to pull the tranny. Seems both threads for the starter bolts are too stripped to hold the starter. I tried JB weld with studs but that pulled loose. So, looks like a couple of he le coils will be next...

Ok , vol, got some numbers off the tranny, PK 4107691 3143 4003 stamped above the pan and OB296060 on the pad, which I think is whatever car/truck this one came from. Can we tell what this tranny came in.....

O wow, thanks. The vinyl top must have been removed by a PO. I might just see what repop trim is available and put one back on. Question, What is standard mirror delete......there is regular looking chrome mirror on the drivers side.....was the G35 for the passenger side.......

Thanks leo, in searching my aftermarket catalogs only thing I can find is listed as a 70-71 rear bumper filler panel, but states its metal. Don t think this is it. If it is only for a 73 model only the repop folks may not be making one. Am I going to have to find a used one....

Pulled the tail lights and removed rear bumper and noticed all the holes, about 6 inches apart, and it appears I am missing a strip of some sort. I looking over the body service manual I could not find anything listed so, not sure what I am looking for.....thanks...

Ok, if that is true, mine may be the original one then. It does have the factory rear sway bar in place. Would that have been standard on a Rally car.....er, can you tell by the fender tag if this car IS a rally car. My 73 B body is a Rally car and it has the 8 3/4 unit with factory rear...

There is a 727 in there , but it is not the original one, different vin. No build sheet either, rats or rot got it. The metal frame of the rear seat is unusable to me due to rust. Seems it sat in rain water leaked in thru the back glass in its past. So , as a Mopar nubie just trying to figure...

Sounds like someone got the rocker arms on the shaft incorrectly . They for sure are what I call lefts and rights. If they did that I would be concerned they also may not have gotten to oil holes lined up correctly. Service manual shows the correct order they must be in. Other than that , I...
