MoparCarGuy,
VIN is BS23H1B-39835X, I don't have the fender tag. Trying to trace back to the previous owner why there isn't one, if there ever was while they had it etc.
Tried reaching out to a few places that had work done or parts ordered for it, (Indy heads, justdashes) no luck. One guy...
Appreciate it. A lot of folks have strong feelings about a modern swap. Especially cuz it's a '71 but it's a H1B, pretty sure it's not sacrelage.
My father has a '32 with a '94 5.0 Windsor, it starts up every time without issue. With the AOD, it is night and day from the 1:1 three or four...
Hey Cuda Hunter, I see you are pretty active, it was shipped to Honolulu.
It was last in Oregon, previous owner near Portland and Salem prior to that. If you know anyone in Salem who had a clean black Cuda with a 572 around 2013 timeframe, please lmk.
The last owner wasn't much help so I...
Chee!
If you going out after this weather, lmk. Would love fo’ see um.
If you know someone with Hemi engine building experience, lmk please. The engine is not running right so I’m gonna pull it and figure out some things. (Gen III or rebuild this one).
Engine was fine but I drove it on...
To be clear, I do not believe Robert from eBay (Trebor 99) ever sold fender tags. He sold VIN tags as his embossed stamper has the flat 8. Again, if I am incorrect, by all means let me know but I never saw his name or company being attached to Fender tags and only VIN tags according to my...
He no longer sells to the USA, the tariffs have shut him down from my experience. If you have someone in another country that can send it to you, he will send it there. good luck
Yes, must’ve been 71 as this one was 1/2-20. I cleaned up the thread with a die and secured it. The horn is inop so I will go back in later to fix that and replace the nut with either nylok or blue threadlok.
thanks for the info. I searched all night on the red eye over and I couldn’t find anything distinctive enough but I search 1971 Challenger and 1/2-20 pops up right away smh… they don’t have any shallow nuts at Home Depot at the moment so checking Oreilly right now. Brought my tap and die for...
Does anyone know the nut size of the steering shaft? The one to connect the crush can to the steering shaft?
I have the car being shipped and am really in a bind as the shipper rejected the car because the steering wheel was loose. I’m flying up there to try and fix it but if you know the...

Hello all,
I bought a '71 'Cuda with a built Hemi (originally a H1B) from a guy that had his mechanic rebuild it all and it runs like crap now. Probably the carb needing to be rebuilt but backstory on the engine is what I'm looking for as well as the fitment or lack of fitment with the shaker...
