    Recommendations for new dash pads?

Dash caps are much cheaper, more finicky to install, and generally don't look near as good. To have Just Dashes restore your core will cost somewhere around $1,200 but there is no doubt, it is better than new. I had them do my dash and was elated at the results. Plus, if they use an original...

Front Seat Center Armrest Trim Piece

I need to replace the “U” shaped plastic trim piece that surrounds the back half of the center front seat arm rest on my 1970 Plymouth Cuda (see pic). This piece is mounted between the two stanchions on each side of the arm rest. I want to search online for this item but have not been able to...

    Ebody Ashtray Insert Installation

FYI, I'm planning on selling my tool. I did my 3 rivets and no longer have a use for it. I have $199.00 in the tool and am planning on asking $150.00 for the squeezer and both die. I figured someone else may want an OE installation, can buy the tool and pass it on (sell it) after they complete...

Did you use pop rivets or were you able to use "squeeze" rivets?

    Ebody Ashtray Insert Installation

@slantfish, I've thought about that, helping others out and recovering some investment at the same time, but I just wouldn't want the liability of possibly messing up someone's insert or something else unfortunate happening. There just isn't enough "up side" to taking that chance.

    Ebody Ashtray Insert Installation

Cuda Cody on another site was a big help. Thanks @Hemi392 for the link. For those of you who may be interested, here is my installation. I did not want to compromise on the quality of the installation of my ashtray insert (OE), I “bit the bullet” and purchased the Hanson HS-42E rivet squeezing...

Looking for my previously owned "V" code 'Cuda

My friend is looking for information on a 1970'Cuda he owned in 1974-1975 in the St. Louis area. It was originally black exterior, black bench seat interior, shaker hood, 440-6bbl engine, automatic on the column with a 4:10 Dana rear axle and power steering. He sold it to a person in St. Louis...

AAR - T/A Rear License Plate Bracket

Thank you, I would appreciate knowing if the later production cars, such as the AAR 'Cuda's had the redesigned, updated bracket.

    Ebody Ashtray Insert Installation

Let me know what you find. I just can't see how a flaring tool is going to properly "roll" the rivet down to secure the insert to where it look like a factory installed part. My AAR is OE restored and having it look exactly as it looked at the time of production is a priority with me. My thought...

    Ebody Ashtray Insert Installation

Yes I saw that. Looks like that will do the trick if I can decide exactly which length dies I need for the "roll" and the "head".

Looks good, of course I don't have an "aircraft rivet squeezer". Can they be readily purchased. Someone else from another site suggested a Hanson Rivet & Supply rivet tool (HS-22E) with a total cost of about $200. https://forum.e-bodies.org/dlattach/;topic=656.0;attach=5172;image
