    There is a metal panel that the wood grain attaches too, and there are holes in the rallye dash panel, that the standard dash does not have.

    I see you did the AMP to Volt Meter conversion as well? Is the A/C panel for standard dash? I got one for a rallye dash from vintage air.

    Just ordered my R-3035 tonight and will be upgrading it to last past my life time. I did it this same conversion from the same company on my 69 vette almost 10 years ago and works flawlessly.

    back of tires hitting frame on full turn

    Did you raise it up off the ground and do lock to lock? It might only do it on turns with a bump. Did you do any brake upgrades?

    I'm the same way, but I have a 69 Stingray, 79 Z28, 71 Challenger, and a 14 Ultra.
