Oil pan clearance 72 cuda with a 30935 milodon pan

Milodon should be able to answer that for you. I don't know, but I have a 496 in my 72 Cuda, with a Milodon 7 qt pan, and fits fine.

440 6-pack crate engine - plugs not firing or valve issue?

I custom cut to length my own MSD wires. Then you can install 180 degree or 90 degree boots to avoid the headers. The 90 degree boots are installed on wires that come up from the bottom under the headers. A lot of the issues you have should have been caught before you drove the car. Give...

    Back fire issue

My friends son was standing outside on wet ground, and got cross-ways with the coil on his engine. Two days later he died in the hospital. They concluded the shock from the coil had passed through his heart.

remove intake gasket, lay intake between heads, and measure with a feeler gauge what your clearances are around the intake on each head. Or in areas where you can't get a feeler gauge, put something like playdough or a crush gauge to see how much it compresses? Then will know how much metal to...

    T/A with no oil pressure.

I lost all oil pressure when cruising in my 440. Turns out I burped a lifter when I took the engine to 6000 rpm. Synthetic oil probably saved the engine, and it ran well after replacing a few bent push rods.

    Ride height

ebodies tend to get light at the nose at high speeds, if you can't keep the nose pointed down. To help keep the nose down I put smaller tires up front. I also built a front air dam and splitter, which makes the car more stable and keeps the nose on the ground at high speed. Also, the dam/spitter...
