    70 and 71 are the same pedals, Clutch switch is different. 72-74 are all the same.

    8.75 No Axle end play

    You can have the adjuster collar on the passenger side all the way backed off(counter clockwise) and still no play. The bearings are the tapered style yukon gear set that mancini sells.

    Are you sure about the foam gasket location? I thought the same till I read in the shop manual it goes between the backing plate and bearing retainer.

    I took the 741 third member out of my 71 cuda that had 3.91's and is a spring type posi. I installed a 489 with 3.23's clutch type.     1971 e body clutch pedal assembly

    Looking to convert my 71 auto on the floor 340 cuda to a 4 speed. Looking for clutch pedal, linkage, z bar, and frame pivot. I know I can purchase all of this from Brewers but just trying to gather parts for now until I have to turn to retail prices. Location is Ontario Canada. Thank you.
