If the car was ordered with automatic but without a center console you received a column shifter. Also a bench seat was delivered with column. There are several of Hemi Ebodies with column automatic.

Those VIN plates (with the 8 instead of the B) were normal cars assembled in Rotterdam, Netherlands. The bodyshells were produced in USA, shipped to europe where they were finally assambled.
