Wow, Is that really what these go for in its condition. I went and checked it out a couple days just to look at it. I didn't know what to offer him since I'm not really sure what a non running project is worth

No its not mine. I went to go check it out the transmission is in the trunk and it was mainly surface rust. I don't think it has any rot. I've been looking at projects near by and the asking price is high. I'm not too sure what a non running project is worth in its current condition.
