Doing a crate 6.4 hemi into 71 challenger. Overflow tank I have is a quart. I look on line and google says they very from 2.6 quarts to like 6.4 quarts. Depending on what it's in. Truck bigger one. What have others used? I am not sure a 1 quart size would work well.
Good news. All you need for the tach to work is a dokota digital 1000BT. Plugs into the obd port and connect tach wire. And it worked. I think it was $127 from Summit.
Shouldn't it be level left to right with the rear up 2 degrees for pinion angle. If you are running the rear end down 2 degrees the drive train will have to be or supposed to be 2 degrees up. I have been told or saw on one of the forums that the factory was 2 degrees up on the end of the...

I went and did more research. I have a auto meter tach and they have some adapters. But it looks like wire 19 in the schematic maybe I connection point. I am checking with there tech support tomorrow.
Putting a 6.4 in a 71 challenger. Got a crate motor from dodge a stock wiring harness and ecm. There is no dedicated tach wire. So how do you connect a tach. I have a new auto meter tach.
I am using a be cool that I had with a 440. Just found one for the top passenger side in a pile of used ones at the shop. Getting a bottom hose from a grand maque that will connect to the bottom drivers side on the radiator. It's long but I didn't have to buy a radiator and fans.
Well I found a 6.4 at MMX got and have been getting it installed. It's gone smoother than I thought would. Can't wait at this point should be firing it up in a day or two. Still trying to figure out how to connect the tach. I have a gps speedometer so I just need to find a connection point...
Well I haven't gotten to far on this. Ended up ordering a engine from a race engine builder. Was going to be a 6.4 ported heads and cam producing around 600hp. After 2 months waiting he puts videos up tuning on the dyno. I didn't return a call to him on sat night and sunday morning I get a...
