    I’ve had issues with them recently also. I purchased one of their replacement seat frames that needed modifications to fit. I think it’s just typical for all of these overseas manufacturer parts companies.

    1 inch lift on the back

    I recently purchased a set of +1.5" springs from St. Louis Spring Company. They will custom make whatever you want, and I found their prices to be reasonable and their shipping was fast.
