My last drag car was a SFI certed to 7.50 ET chrome moly tube chassis 1970 Cuda, best ET with me in it weighing right at 2850 lbs. wet was mid 8.80s at 150.+ mph with a 517 C.I. 400 stroker bracket motor with Indy 440-1 heads, Indy 400-3 intake with a Mark Sullens E85 converted Holley List # 9375 converted to pump E85.
I'm building a all out heads up no prep drag car for racing here in NHRA Division six that was a 1965 Dart 270 two door hardtop car that is now certed to SFI 7.50 specs, it will have a crank driven Vortech FA130 supercharger with a custom built Holley EFI system mounted on Koleno high nickel cast grey iron 555 C.I wedge motor with B1-MC heads to start with and if needed better heads later after I find out if I like going that fast at my tender old age of 81 yrs old.
