yes I believe the hi compression race kit in a 408 would be a better option. Would you guys run the Indy heads or stick to original w2’s

Thanks for the input. I’ll get it in the garage and get it tore apart to get to the machine shop. I’ll go the 360 stroker route. Has any one had any experience with the 426 stroker kit from Hughes or should I just stick with a 408

I see original nos mopar r12 pop up for sale from time to time, if that helps anyone. I’ve saw it on eBay and forabodies from time to time. It wasn’t priced to bad actually.

Would a stroked 360 be more desirable than a 340 for all out racing. I would have to trailer it. I have no desire for wipers lights etc if I could run it as is.
