It was the dimmer switch. I cleaned it and everything works fine now. Now I have to figure out why the road lights and radio don't work now.

Thanks for the help . That was my next option. Not use to the older wiring in these cars, but learning fast . Will update after I check it .

I have no power at the fuse block for the instrument panel on a 1970 cuda. The fuse is good I have power to the headlights,wiper and dome light but no power to the panel lights. Lost on where to start to solve this issue .

Ken, I have my dad's original 70 Cuda, made in CA and it has the red stripe grille. So all I can say is it came that way from the factory.

I paid 20k for my 70 cuda from my uncle. It was worth every penny. This car was my father's that he ordered in 1970 and it was made in CA. The car is all original with a 340, auto trans it even has the State inspection sticker on the windshield.
