I'm going to make sure I have power at the firewall inside first. I have no power at the bulkhead in the engine compartment. You may very well be correct as the car sat for thirty eight years in a garage. The lights did work when I got it back together and running, That's what has me perplexed...

All headlights work. Now low or high beams don't work. Power in and out of headlight switch, in and out of dimmer. Replaced dimmer because it had power out of both ends regardless of position. Replacement does the same thing. Should I believe the light green wire and in-line fuse is bad ?
