Against my better judgement...I drove out there to give the car another look. Poked around under the car while the guy was inside taking a phone call. Left many large piles of rust under the car. Frame members were basically disintegrated in many spots. Then, I left. Phew, what a heap.

Take that previous comment with a grain of salt. I'm not going to build a car held together with tape and bubble gum, but I'm never going to fully restore something. Not worth it to me.

Well that's a fair point, too. Take away the paint, take out the interior in its current condition and have it sitting in boxes, yeah, I'd be less inclined to buy it. I can't argue that the way it kind of looks now makes it very enticing, you definitely hit the nail on the head. The tax/title...
