the warrant was issued by a district attorney, somewhere in the USA. If they choose to investigate, she will get hers. But sometimes, you gotta start where you have the majority of evidence. hence, just the one warrant.

I contacted the Texas DA and filed a complaint

I bought a pad from him and received it 3 months later, but it was terrible quality. I sent back and his daughter said she would ship one out ASAP. Seven months later I caught him at the Indy Swap and basically told him I was getting another dash that day or I was going to jail. LOL I got a decent dash that day. While I was waiting on them, I did order another pad from Just Dashes. It is perfect in every way.

It seemed like a Ponzi scheme, I got multiple dashes that were complete junk.
I finally gave up and just accepted a crappy one.
The only thing that saved me was that I bought it through a group sale through Roseville, they stepped up and pushed the issue.
I feel sorry for the individuals that got caught up in the mess.
He completely ignored me until Roseville got involved.
