What year? I think the early ones were slightly different? Pics?

I think those are the 70/71 style with the tapered pedal pads.
The later ones the pad is quite square.

Will the early ones mount and function normally in a 73/74? Just a cosmetic difference in the pedal pad or is there something else that would prevent using them in a later car?
