My Champion was a direct fit, as far as bolting to the core support and hose locations. Attaching the fan shroud, no go.

It has been many years, but I got new base plates for my six pac directly from Holley. It was the best thing I ever did.
It is possible both brake light bulbs are burnt. I would check for voltage at the bulb first.
