I have the disc brake assembly off the car and I see behind the spindle area is a foam im gonna have it sand blasted is there a place to buy that foam and put new back on, some one told me I really dont need it

My car was built April 13th so a TA should have a 52? I know my car has the original K Frame in it but says 72 would that still indicate a TA

what does this number mean 72 on the plate
