If you find more than one set or even a partial set, please let me know. I have been looking for a long time. Mine were tossed in 1980 because they were pitted. Thanks.
This is the way the keys on the machine for the broadcast sheets looked in the day. Notice the I. If a salesman wrote the 1 without the hook or foot it probably was misinterpreted as an I. I'm curious if the I for the 1 is a thing only on ordered cars.
I sent a message. I don't remember. It has been too long since I installed one. Things also change. The tubes that hook to the vents from Vintage Air used to be round. I now understand they have been redesigned to match the square Ebody vents. Other changes may have been made also.
I have seen an error at the title office cause this. I had to straighten out a 67 Camaro that was titled 68 due to the title office entering it incorrectly. Does the dash VIN match the cowl and radiator VIN?
IIRC The horn ring kept breaking so it was not used anymore. This is what made them rare. I believe it is in a Technical Service Bulletin. I don't have a copy of it. The wheel is the same as any other. The horn ring and part over the horn button are what is different.
