1970 Chalenger 727 Shifter Console Adustment
It will shift perfect using the threaded rod without the knob and button . I backed off as far as i could which raises the black button in the center of the round knob- Mopuff

Removed knob on shifter - shifts into r-d-1-2 no problem . Knob adjustmed several ways will not go into gear. Is there any other place to adjust?- Mopuff
