74 cuda fender mounted turn signals.

Here's the measurements. The 11 11/16" measurement is from the front lip of the fender to the center of the hole. The 3/16" is from the side edge of the fender to the edge of the opening. From the edge of the fender to the center of the opening is 17/32" or basically 9/16". I hope this helps.

    74 Cuda Fuel Line help

I have a 73 Barracuda that had the system that your car has/had with the fuel tank with 4 nipples. I changed fuel tanks and added the vapor return line. The oval hole in the passenger side trunk extension is for that. I bought new 3/8 fuel, 1/4 vapor return line and the correct vapor kit that...

Anybody recognize the mfgr of this convertor?

Disregard my previous entry. I had a brain fart. I was backwards on my GM style converter thought.. This quote from Billy Madison is fitting here.. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this...

Anybody recognize the mfgr of this convertor?

I was just looking at the picture of the converter and noticed that it has the ring gear welded to it which, I think, is not a Mopar torque converter. Looks like a GM style converter.

    Removing a non-AC Heater Box

I agree with floyd, try to have your original heater core repaired. The ones you buy now do not fit as well, you will have to adjust, when I say adjust I really mean bend, the tubes to fit where they should go. Worst of all, the tube lengths are shorter and do not stick into the engine...

    6 pack choke

Update. Here is a picture of the 6 barrel electric choke timer circuit that I made. I changed the 10ohm resistor to a 5ohm resistor to get just over 1A once the timer circuit turns off. So far so good.

    Speedometer Cable Leak

There is a o-ring/seal inside the speedometer cable housing. Mine was also leaking from there , I replaced it and no more leak. I don't remember where I bought the o-ring/seal. I will try to find my receipt and let you know.

    Exhaust Tips

The original exhaust I had on the car came straight out and would blast the exhaust moisture on the lower valance just above the tips. I too have the rear valance without cut outs and that is why my exhaust now has turn downs.

    Challenger dash speaker size

If you can, find a good factory speaker or a core factory speaker and have it refurbished. New speaker dimensions are different along with the larger magnet and will not fit into the dash without modifying the metal frame of the dash. If you modify the dash to fit the new speaker, the speaker...

Just discovered K Member issues requiring welding.

I would do just what Challenger RTA said. If you do not drill a hole at either end of a crack before welding, it may/will continue to crack past the weld. The holes end the crack with no chance to continue.
