Mine is a 4 speed. And I'm not sure exactly what the issue is other than the pedal doesn't return and I have to jiggle it. I'm hoping a 2nd spring will resolve the issue. I'm certainly open to further thoughts. I've lubed the linkages and checked all things that I can see.
I would guess that it is. Many times when I'm driving my pedal wont return to idle position and I did notice it has only 1 spring presently. It has a complete Edelbrock RPM package on a 340. Maybe that info could be helpful?
I need the small return spring that goes inside the bigger one. Can't seem to find one anywhere. If you have a spare, I'd be interested in purchasing. Located in Northern IL

Great question! And it's something worth pondering on if you get nervous at renewal time. For me, at least as long as I've subscribed I've always found the magazine to be worthy of my money. It's really not expensive in the big scheme of things. I think my last annual was $45? I don't...
Thanks so much for inquiring. Though I do think they're pretty cool to look at- I'm only looking for 1 or 2 Y1 containers with at least some paint in it.
What I'm looking for is a Y1 container with at least "some" contents. Not collecting multiples. I'm simply looking for 1 that I can have with my Y1 Cuda. I'll display it at shows with the literature and paperwork that coincides with the vehicle.
This is for sale. Pics describe condition better than my words. It was removed from my 70 during the restoration of my car and a new one was installed. If you are missing a dash, this would bolt up and work if you simply NEED a dash. Most would have this redone professionally. Located in...
