Approximately when were these used and when were they replaced by the more common metal ones? What is the SPD of your car? Mine is 10/27, my original hood has no holes in it for the metal nameplates, so I'm assuming it came with the decals.
It’s been somewhat monkeyed with. Some or maybe all of the A/C is missing, there would always be a hose obscuring the fender tag, it is not there. The rectangular grille inserts are gone as well. Dash has been changed out, evident by the Barracuda script nameplate sitting on top of the dash pad...
The "red bars" are used only on 'cuda models, and M46 optioned cars. Gran Coupe grilles have the plastic chromed rectangular inserts identical to those on AAR cars.
The tips and mufflers at the back of this car have been added, original ones would not show the way these do, and they only come...
Not sure if this matters now, but, that hood is a 1971 only hood. As per their three holes from the factory along the bottom drivers side front of the hood. They are for the nameplate PLYMOUTH. 1970 cars had the word Plymouth mounted in the grille.

No so, you’re thinking of the Challenger SE option, which was one year only, 1970, and was an “option” for 1971, known as a Formal Roof Package. Barracuda Gran Coupe - BP on the VIN was available in both 1970 and 1971, and was discontinued after 1971.
Ribbed bezels are for non rallye 1970 Challengers only. Rallye dash parts were the same for all other E Bodies that were coded A62 on the fender tag and broadcast sheet, and have a smooth only, face on them. You will need to replace your ribbed radio bezel as well if you are going to convert...
Just an FYI. This setup will work for any E Body 1970-1974 without a rallye dash, but it is only CORRECT for a 1970 Challenger without a rallye dash. All other non rallye pieces were non-ribbed, for 1970-74 Barracuda's and 1871-74 Challengers.
